- Printing: Single-side printing on top of the box
- Print Area: Printing is available within the box dimensions, with a minimum 0.75-inch margin from the edges.
- Standard Print Area: Max. 9 × 9 inches
- Bigger Print Area: Max. 12 × 14 inches (if applicable)
- Print Colour: Single standard colour
- Print Coverage: As shown in the product images – typically suitable for logos and contact details.
Additional Printing: Larger print coverage or full-patch printing may incur additional charges. Our team will contact you if this applies to your order.

Artwork Requirements
Please upload only your final, print-ready artwork while placing your order. If you are unsure about the artwork file, do not upload it during checkout. You can email the final print file to designs@packnest.com after placing your order.
Approval Process
Your order will be printed as per the Digital Placement Confirmation approved by you via email. Please review the placement carefully before giving your approval, as no further changes can be made once approved.

Processing Time: Custom products may take 5–8 business days to process. Plain Products take 1-3 days to dispatch.
Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
Tracking: Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched and in transit.
Return: Printed Boxes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of a manufacturing, printing, or quality issue. Plain boxes can be returned in the return window.
Unboxing Video: Please record a continuous video while opening your package. This serves as supporting proof in case you need to report a damage, defect, or other issue and request a replacement.

Yes. Our mailing boxes come flat-packed and pre-scored for easy assembly. Simply fold along the pre-scored lines, raise the flaps and side walls, and tuck them into place. No additional adhesive is required.

Our black and white laminated boxes are made with E-flute corrugated board, while our brown boxes use Narrow Flute (NF) corrugated board. Both constructions provide cushioning and help the boxes retain their shape during transit, making them a strong and reliable choice for e-commerce shipping.
