Processing Time: Custom products may take 5–8 business days to process.

Tracking: Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched and in transit.
Unboxing Video: Please record a continuous video while opening your package. This serves as supporting proof in case you need to report a damage, defect, or other issue and request a replacement.

POD (Proof of Delivery): Includes a transparent plastic jacket on the back of the poly mailer where you can insert a paper shipping label.
Non-POD: Does not include the plastic jacket and is ideal if you use sticker shipping labels instead.
