Artwork Requirements

You can email the final print file to designs@packnest.com after placing your order incase you do not have a ready file while placing the order.

Your order will be printed as per the Digital Placement Confirmation approved by you. Please review the placement carefully before giving your approval.

Storage: 

Store compostable bags in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. Keep them sealed in their original packaging until use to help maintain their quality.

Processing Time: Custom products may take 5–8 business days to process.

Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

Tracking: Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched and in transit.

Return: Printed bags are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of a manufacturing, printing, or quality issue.

Unboxing Video: Please record a continuous video while opening your package. This serves as supporting proof in case you need to report a damage, defect, or other issue and request a replacement.
