Your Design, Your Approval

At Packnest, we want your custom packaging to reflect your brand accurately. That's why we share a digital design proof with you for review and approval before proceeding with production.

How the Approval Process Works

1. Share Your Artwork

Provide your logo, design file, text, and printing requirements when placing your order. If you need assistance with artwork preparation, our team will guide you through the process.

2. We Prepare Your Design Proof

Our design team prepares a digital proof based on your order specifications and the information provided.

3. Review Your Proof

You will receive a link to review your design. Carefully check all text, spelling, logos, colours, dimensions, placement, and other details.

4. Approve or Request Changes

If everything is correct, select Approve on the proof page. If changes are required, select Request Changes and clearly mention the modifications needed.

5. Production Begins

Once your design is approved, your order can proceed to production according to the applicable processing timeline.

Product Accuracy & Production Variations

We strive to ensure that the colours and product specifications displayed on our website and in digital proofs match the final output as closely as possible. However, minor variations may occur due to factors such as:

  • Natural variations in raw materials.
  • Types of inks and printing processes used.
  • Production conditions.
  • Differences in monitor and screen settings.

Quality, dimensions, and quantity may vary by up to ±5% due to the nature of the materials and production processes used.

Despite these variations, we remain committed to maintaining the quality of materials and finished products.

Important Things to Check Before Approval

Please carefully verify:

  • Logo, text, spelling, and contact details.
  • Design placement, layout, and orientation.
  • Selected print colour and other order specifications.
  • Size and other product-specific requirements.

Please Note: Production will proceed based on the approved design and order specifications. Please ensure all details are correct before approving your proof.

For certain printing processes, the digital proof may be displayed differently from the final printed output. Where applicable, our team will clarify this during the approval process.

Need Changes to Your Design?

Please use the Request Changes option on your proof page and mention your requirements there. This helps our team track your feedback and update the design accordingly.
